      Time: 8:45 am

      Meeting at Kelowna Cycle, 8:45 a Leaving 9 am Contact: Lisa Jaffary at bruce-lisa@telus.net 250-491-0314 or Kelowna Cycle at 250-762-2453 Weather permitting – no rides in the rain. Join us for a steady-paced group ride on Saturday morning. This ride is suitable for women who have experience road riding and looking to build endurance into their training plan. Pace lines, group riding skills, sprints and hill climbs may be added to spice up the ride. Rides will be between 2 and 3 hours, riding between 20 and 25 kph. Routes will be up into the Mission, East Kelowna, Belgo and behind the Airport. After the ride, we’ll relax, chat and laugh with a coffee, tea and snacks at the Roasted Bean.

      Meeting at Kelowna Cycle at 5:45pm Leaving at 6:00pm Contact: Scott McPhee at Kelowna Cycle at 250-762-2453. Time is 1 ½ to 2 hours with a moderate pace, sociable and fun. This is a co-ed “no-drop” ride and tours the east Kelowna, Mission and Crawford areas, very scenic. Make time to stay for a coffee afterwards at the Good Earth Coffee Shop.
