At Kelowna Cycle our service shop is one of the best you could ever find. We have a wealth of knowledge that can solve problems ranging from your single speed cruiser, issues with your road bike, or over-hauling one of the latest suspension forks. Our mechanics regularly attend technical seminars to keep up to date on how to service your bike. We’d love to attend to your bike whether it’s a routine warranty check, a squeaky chain, or something more involved. If you have any questions about why your tires always go flat or why your bike makes this strange noise in this gear but not that one, we’d be happy to help.
Want to book an appointment? No problem, simply phone ahead and we’ll reserve a spot for you, that way you can ride your bike up to the day of the appointment rather than leaving it at the shop. All appointments are for the day of the appointment and should be dropped off in the morning and will be done by 4:30 in the afternoon.
We have three tune-up packages available, ranging from the “Basic tune up” to the “Comprehensive tune up” to the “Biggie-size overhaul”, pick which one will suit your bike’s needs or ask us for a consultation.
